In a boarding community, all girls learn to mix, to
be tolerant and to get on with a wide range of people. They understand
what it means to live in a community in school and love being part of the wider
community in Bristol.
Our Boarders enjoy a
range and breadth of extra-curricular activities both after lessons have
finished, thanks to our extended school day, and at weekends. Girls can choose
to be with their friends enjoying clubs and sport in school, rehearsing their
musical masterpieces or pursuing their own interests, including voluntary work.
The School far from
‘empties out’ on a Friday evening as weekends are always bursting with
activities and trips for Boarders to get stuck into, many of which our Day
Girls are invited to get involved in too. Recent trips have included the ever
popular visit to the Harry Potter Studios as well as Bristol Aquarium,
Westfield Shopping Centre, Alton Towers and even a trip to the North Devon
coast for a spot of surfing!
